The Turner Brothers have a feature script in development through the Antigravity Academy, the screenwriters camp run by Oscar-nominated director Carlos López Estrada (Raya and the Last Dragon). The program selects six projects from first-time emerging filmmakers to develop and package for production.

Fresh off the Sundance Film Festival, a pair of Columbus filmmakers are set to premiere their Park City official selection in front of a central Ohio audience. Siblings Julien and Justen Turner, known as the Turner Brothers, will debut their original comedy series pilot, “FreeLance,” at the Yellow Springs Film Festival’s 2026 Mini-Fest. The 41-minute episode, shot in Columbus, stars Spence Moore II as the title character, Lance Williams. The fictional show’s initial installment will cap off a full day of Buckeye State-focused screenings.
